Cole Slaw with Yogurt Dressing

Serves 6



24 oz. cole slaw mix

12 oz. plain greek yogurt

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup white vinegar

2 Tbsp. clover honey

sea salt

black pepper

1 tbsp. Fat-free milk (optional)



  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a large bowl; if too thick, stir in milk, a drop or two at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Add slaw mix and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let flavor combine. Serve with your favorite style of ribs, burgers or sandwiches.
